Mark has been leading on Careers for the Parkside since 2022. He is also a teacher of History and Assistant Principal for Personal Development. He has a wide range of work experience and networks for ‘world of work’ contacts and on post 16 pathway choices.
Kate Hulme
Careers support for SEND
Kate regular meets with our SEND and disadvantaged students for 1:1s providing impartial personal careers advice and support. She also works with our SEND students on careers and futures pathway choices and supports them with work experience.
Rachel Biltcliffe
Head of Key Stage 3 Attainment
Rachel is a very experienced teacher of Psychology and Maths. As well as being an Assistant Principal and head of Key Stage 3 attainment, she coordinates with the career’s lead on all aspects of careers provision for Key Stage 3 and into Key Stage 4.
Joe Crane
Vice Principal and Head of Key Stage 4 attainment
Joe works closely with our Key Stage 4 students, the Careers team and the Heads of Year 10 and 11 to ensure all students have equal access to all the support provided at Parkside for Ket Stage 4 attainment and post 16 pathway choices.
