Parkside Community College GCSE Students Earn Sweep of 9s
Parskide Community College is celebrating students’ GCSE results today, with several of the school’s Year 11s achieving an impressive raft of the highest grades of 8 and 9.
This year’s results mark a standout year for the school and show a very strong improvement across all headline measures in comparison to last year.
Among the school’s top performers, who achieved an extraordinary nine or more grade 9s, were:
- Toby who was awarded eleven grade 9s, as well as two grade 8s in the additional GCSEs he took in Latin and Ancient Greek;
- Samuel who was awarded eleven grade 9s;
- Eva who was awarded eleven grade 9s;
- Kai who was awarded ten grade 9s and one grade 8;
- Julia who was awarded ten grade 9s, one grade 8 and one grade 7;
- Nicholas who was awarded nine grade 9s and one grade 8.
Speaking of his success, Samuel said:
“I am very satisfied with my results and feel that they reflect the amount of work I put in.”
Julia added:
“I am so so happy with my results. I’m incredibly grateful to all of the teachers who helped me get here, and I’m incredibly proud.”
