At Parkside Sixth, we aim to provide the ideal balance to help you achieve success: a challenging academic curriculum led by subject-specialist experts, space for independence and personal development, and dedicated support and guidance every step of the way. We get to know you as an individual and create an environment in which you can both excel in and enjoy your studies.
Our standalone Sixth Form hub – The Eden Centre – gives our students a base right in the centre of Cambridge. Moments away from the Grafton Centre and Grand Arcade shops and the city’s top libraries, this means you can take advantage of all the opportunities available locally, alongside our own bespoke enrichment and careers programme.
With a vibrant, globally-diverse Sixth Form community, we want to open as many doors as possible for our students’ futures, here and across the world. We have two main routes which our students can take.
We offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, which is a globally-recognised, academically-rigorous course covering a broader range of subjects than other qualification programmes. This provides greater options for future study and has seen our students secure places at demanding and highly competitive university courses in the UK, Europe and beyond.
